I transitioned into technical support, eager to understand how computational systems operated behind the scenes. My time in tech support reinforced my conviction that technology would play a pivotal role in my future. After two roles in tech support, I realized I needed formal education to solidify my career path. That’s when I discovered Industrial and Systems Engineering and realized it was the perfect fit. It would enable me to work with systems, people, and technology across various sectors, including service and manufacturing.
I earned my degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering in Mexico and am completing a Bachelor’s in Management at National Louis University, which I expect to finish by the end of summer 2025.
Today, I bring a versatile background—ingrained in wellness, enriched by multilingual experience, and shaped by real-world problem-solving across diverse industries. I see organizations as living systems, departments as subsystems, and people as vital components. If we want our systems to thrive, we must care for the well-being of the people within them.
