For my Professional Writing class, I developed a business proposal for a company called Happy People Solutions, which integrates yogic practices with business process improvement strategies. The concept was inspired by my two passions: yoga and operational efficiency. The project required me to write a structured sales proposal, ensuring it was clear, persuasive, and professional.
In the proposal, I outlined a business model, described the company’s services, and structured an implementation plan using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. I detailed how the company would improve workplace wellness by incorporating yoga, meditation, and process optimization techniques.
Additionally, I created Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the program in improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. To present my proposal, I also created a PowerPoint presentation and recorded a video explaining the idea and strategy behind Happy People Solutions.
