As part of my Six Sigma Green Belt certification, I was required to create a project plan for a process improvement using the DMAIC methodology. Since working in a language school then, I applied what I knew to develop a structured plan to improve customer satisfaction.
I designed a detailed project charter, outlining the problem statement, business case, scope, and improvement goals. I also created the data collection plan, process map, and hypothesis testing framework to measure the impact of a proposed mobile app for real-time student feedback collection.
By structuring the project around Six Sigma principles, I demonstrated my ability to analyze processes, define key metrics, and propose data-driven solutions for continuous improvement. This experience strengthened my process planning, data analysis, and structured problem-solving skills.
